MAXWISE is equipped with 6 in-house assembly lines for mechanical semi-finished and finished product assembling, such as car mounts, mobile accessories, baby bottles, cosmetic brush holders, medical aid devices and more. Our skilled and well-trained engineers, technicians, and quality staff oversee every step of the production process, from prototyping, mold design, mold making, mass production, to final assembly, packaging, and quality inspection. Our tight teamwork with customers allows us to address any problems, issues, and challenges that arise during the development and production stages, ensuring the quality and delivery time of our products and producing products with exceptional accuracy and consistency.

We also have three trusted assembly partners located in Shenzhen, Dongguan and Vietnam. One plant has 50+ workers and 3 assembly lines, while the another 2 own 100 to 150 employees and 6 assembly lines. All of them have over 20 years of experience in SMT, DIP, ultrasonic welding, soldering, aging tests, function tests, waterproofing test, RoHs tests, static test, etc enabling us to provide flexible assembly services for high-quality complex electronic products with minimal waste and maximum productivity.
For each project, our team and the assembly factory engineers, technical developers, and quality personnel work together as a New Project team to ensure a smooth and efficient sampling stage. During mass production, our engineers and quality personnel closely monitor the assembly line to ensure that the product meets or exceeds the customer’s quality requirements.
